CLASS A: Combustion of solid substances – flaming combustion. Subclass A1 (charring not exceeding 1 mm), model fire not exceeding 0.7A. Subclass A2 (wide spectrum). Wind load during extinguishing in open air should be minimal.
CLASS B: Combustion of liquids that are insoluble in water (gasoline, petroleum products, etc.), as well as liquefiable solid substances (paraffin, etc.). Combustion of polar liquids soluble in water (alcohol, acetone, glycerin, etc.). Wind load during extinguishing in open air should be minimal.
CLASS C: Combustion of gaseous substances (domestic gas, propane, methane, hydrogen, ammonia, etc.)
CLASS E: Combustion of objects and installations under voltage up to 35 kV.
